• Crystals. MW 500.57. MP 272-273 °C (decomposes). Specific optical rotation: +30 deg at 25 °C/D (c = 0.35). Practically insolluble in water. Freely soluble in dimethylsulfoxide, dimethyl formate; slightly soluble in methanol, 95% ethanol. /Fluticasone propionate/
• Systemically, in vitro experiments show [DB08906] activates glucocorticoid receptors, inhibits nuclear factor kappa b, and inhibits lung eosinophilia in rats.
